- Selects a Real Estate Seller’s Agent (Listing Agent)
- Determines needs and wants and pricing
- Obtain Title V septic system certification in Massachusetts
- Details to Broker what is included with the sale of the property
- Prepares home for marketing
- Listing Agent markets the property
- Receives Offer to Purchase. Negotiations occur
- Accepts offer. Purchase and Sale Agreement is signed
- Prepare for the move
- Obtain smoke detector certification and final water meter readings
- Contact utility companies with moving date
- Closing papers are signed. Keys exchanged
- Documents are recorded with the local Registry of Deeds
- Funds are available to the seller!
