  • Determines needs and wants and pricing
  • Obtain Title V septic system certification in Massachusetts
  • Details to Broker what is included with the sale of the property
  • Prepares home for marketing
  • Listing Agent markets the property
  • Receives Offer to Purchase. Negotiations occur
  • Accepts offer. Purchase and Sale Agreement is signed
  • Prepare for the move
  • Obtain smoke detector certification and final water meter readings
  • Contact utility companies with moving date
  • Closing papers are signed. Keys exchanged
  • Documents are recorded with the local Registry of Deeds
  • Funds are available to the seller!
