It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower, open living and dining and kitchen. It is nicely updated, very neat and offers such pretty views. This is the ‘guest cottage’ of the family home. It has a separate driveway for parking. There is an outdoor shower. The Gray Gables Public Beach is about 2/10 of a mile. TV. Wifi. Stove, refrigerator, microwave. You will be so comfortable here while you watch the boats pass thru the canal and explore this beautiful part of Cape Cod. Gray Gables is a village on the Cape side in the town of Bourne. There is a mile long causeway out to Mashnee Island, locally known as The Dike, and you can also go to the beach there. Waterfront cottage!
