Perfectly situated less than 2/10 of a mile to either Gray Gables Beach or the beach on the causeway to Mashnee Island known to locals as “The Dike”. This newly renovated home is light and bright and captures that “Cape Cod Feeling”. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first floor has a cathedral ceiling, which encompasses the living room, dining room and new kitchen. Down the hall is a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a full bed). Step out to the deck to catch the (almost) always present ocean breeze. The basement is pleasantly surprising boasting a large family room with a ping pong table and the other full bath and bedroom (two twin beds). The large yard offers a spacious patio with a nice seating arrangement and an outdoor shower. The gas grill completes the scene. This home is nicely furnished and includes linens, beach towels, and a few beach chairs. There is WiFi and a 48″ smart TV so you can still catch the ball games! As if the home itself isn’t enough….it’s all about location, right? Just 5 minutes from the Bourne Bridge, close to bike path, the Cape Cod Canal, beaches, fantastic restaurants, homemade ice cream and a bakery – a GREAT location!

While on the Cape, enjoy swimming, hiking, boating, biking, golfing, fishing, whale watching, dining, antiquing, shopping, tennis, sightseeing and so much more! Visit museums, art galleries, craft fairs, and flea markets. Go sightseeing on the Cape Cod Central Railroad, a land/sea duck boat, or any number of boat and ferry trips. Talk a walk along the 7 mile Cape Cod Canal or go for a bike ride on the 26 mile Cape Cod Rail Trail from South Dennis to Wellfleet or Shining Sea Bike Path from Falmouth to Woods Hole. The Cape’s climate is temperate – not too hot in the summer, not too cold in the winter. What a beautiful place to visit!
