We just participated in the first ever Upper Cape Virtual Tour. ACapeHouse.com had 2 homes on the tour. In total, there were 15 homes on tour in Bourne, Mashpee, Falmouth and Sandwich. We had 105 realtors on the Zoom tour! Each listing agent was given 2 minutes to talk about the home. We could see the agent…we could see the rotating pictures of the home.
When we do our individual town tours we meet in person with about 15 other Realtors and we drive around to see each others homes in person. This is usually a full morning. 9-12. One town.
Absolutely there is nothing like getting inside a home…getting the feel of it…seeing in person what the house and area are like. But for efficiency and the ability to see and hear about a lot more homes in a much shorter time frame without driving anywhere, the Upper Cape Virtual Tour was very successful!
