For sure our lives have changed, but we still have so much to be grateful for at ACapeHouse.com . Our families and friends are so far healthy and safe. We hope yours are as well. We have been cleaning the office…and I mean purging, as well as disinfecting. It is such a good feeling! We are writing blogs with info we love sharing and we hope you find informative or uplifting.
We have been sending notes to clients – past, present, and future! Emails, texts, calls, snail mail. It is nice to reconnect. We’ve looked thru our current listings…updated photos or tweaked descriptions. We are working with several homeowners who plan to list their homes when a bit of normalcy returns. We can do quite a bit…look at comparable homes for pricing – which of course we will more closely look at right at listing time. We can complete paperwork online. Our seller can walk thru the house and we can give suggestions for decluttering and staging ideas. We ordered new signs! Little different style. Love them. Just ordered new hats too. We know how everyone loves the hats and it makes us so happy to see you all wearing them!
Our National Association of Realtors has a Commitment to Excellence online program they call C2EX that I have wanted to do for over a year. I am nearly done and it has been so informative. Part refresher course…part new ways to do things…just really good info to make us better realtors!
